These compact and strong grinders with rotary table and high removing capacity represent Meccaniche Lodi's product designed for precise grinding operations for circular knives used to process metal, wood, marble, etc. The KB project, characterised also by the capacity to grind profiles and taper, during this last year has gained an important technological development that has allowed to obtain extremely high grinding performances. Automation, adaptable to each demand, includes table cleaning, piece cleaning, piece overturning for face alternating grinding, piece protection by eans of synthetic thin sheets and piece placement in stacks on carriages easy to be removed. The very first quality components, including measuring head for micrometric control of piece thickness, roll guides, ball screws, spindle power from 37 to 75 kW, is completed by an extremely rigid structure allowing to obtain a very good grinding precision in addition to a high removing capacity.
